A loss is a loss

I lost .8 this week, which isn't horrible considering that ive not been great, especially last weekend. I'm at 145 even now, and have almost reached my 10lb mark. 10lbs in 10 weeks isn't bad. I would have been happier if it had been 15lbs in 10 weeks, but I'll live. I'm headed in the right direction, and even though its slow, I'm still going to get there.

If I could just keep on journaling, and not fall off the wagon completely on the weekend, I might get there a little faster. In the end, it's all up to me.

I have 20lbs to go and 11 months to do it, so what's the rush?
