Success...kinda.

So, I technically "lost" .8lbs, for a grand total of 6.2lbs. Realistically, it's a gain from last week, but since I didn't weigh in last week, it was down from my weigh in 2 weeks ago.

But, I'm happy. I'm not going in the opposite direction, and knowing that I didn't throw all my hard work totally out the window give me hope that I'll easily be able to recover.

I have the motivation to work twice as hard to make up for what i gained, and can hopefully lose 2lbs. That'll definitely get me closer towards reaching my goal.

Gym tonight! And lots of it. And some Sauna time.
