2/4/09

So, last night I binged on sweets. Cupcakes and Fudge. Why oh why. I had 6 points left after dinner, but I know I went over. Today is a new day.

Tonight, I won't have any temptations, and I'll most likely just have breakfast for dinner. Maybe I'll stay way under my points to make up for the other days today and tomorrow. I don't know what I'll be like in Florida. Shrug.

Here's my food for today:

LC Panini - 7

Snack:

Evening Snack:
Curves Bar - 1

Dinner:
English Muffin w/Jelly - 2
Fruit - 1
